Low Calorie Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 to 3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine cocoa and sugar in a small saucepan.
    Stir in milk and water with wire whisk until smooth.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
    Serve warm over ice milk. Yield:
    1 cup (26 calories per tablespoon plus 100 calories per 1/2 cup ice milk).
