Squash Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash (drained)
    1/4 c. onion chopped fine
    1 egg
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Mix cooked squash, finely chopped onion, 1 egg, flour, and baking powder, salt, and pepper. Form small balls and roll in crushed corn flakes. Fry in deep oil until golden brown. Serve hot. Makes 6 to 8 servings. Very Good.
