Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cubed
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. beef consomme
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Garlic salt and flour cubes; brown in 2 tablespoons oil. Drain fat; add next 5 ingredients.
    Simmer 2 hours.
    You may add more water and consomme.
    Cool and add sour cream and soup.
