Hot Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 oz. dried beef
    1 c. cold water
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c. chopped green onion
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Cut beef into small pieces.
    Combine beef and water into 4-cup glass measuring cup.
    Microwave on High for 3 minutes; drain.
    Mix in remaining ingredients.
    Insert microwave thermometer; microwave on Roast to 120\u00b0.
    Stir.
