Corned Beef Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can corned beef, chopped
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 small green pepper, diced (optional)
    3 c. diced potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large skillet.
    Stir in all ingredients, mixing together.
    Cook until browned and potatoes are tender.
    A little water may be added from time to time, if it starts to stick.
    Serves 4.
