Skillet Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. corn, cut from cob
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine corn, salt, pepper, sugar, butter and water in a 10-inch skillet.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
    Combine flour and milk, blending until smooth.
    Stir into corn.
    Cook 5 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.
