Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry crust (your favorite, unbaked)
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. pumpkin (I use pumpkin, squash or sweet potatoes)
    1 c. evaporated milk and 1/2 c. water or 1 1/2 c. milk or light cream
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    2 Tbsp. tart wine
Preparation
    Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
    It can be mixed until smooth with a mixer or by hand.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
