Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated carrots
    4 eggs
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 c. Crisco oil
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 flat can crushed pineapple (use juice)
Preparation
    Mix Crisco oil and sugar.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Bake in the oven at 350\u00b0.
    Bake 3 layer pans for 30 minutes.
    Bake a 9 x 13-inch oblong pan for 40 minutes.
    Bake a Bundt pan for 45 minutes.
