Lemon-Honey Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. softened butter
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 lb. sliced carrots
    parsley
Preparation
    Mix butter and mustard in saucepan.
    Stir in honey, lemon peel and lemon juice.
    Heat. Pour over carrots. Sprinkle with parsley.
    Makes 4 servings.
