Broiled Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 crushed clove garlic
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chives
    1 1/2 Tbsp. basil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. tarragon
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    dash salt and pepper
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Rinse mushrooms and wipe gently with a paper towel to dry. Remove stems and chop finely.
    Saute stems in butter for 2-3 minutes.
    Add bread crumbs, nuts, garlic chives, basil and tarragon.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
