Jan'S Chicken Stock - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 gal. water
    1 large onion
    3 stalks celery with leaves
    1/2 c. chicken bouillon
Preparation
    Place all ingredients, except the chicken liver, into a large pan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Turn heat to simmer for 2 hours.
    Remove chicken, strain broth.
    This broth may be used for soup, stew or just eaten like it is.
    Will keep in refrigerator for 1 week.
