Best Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except butter.
    Form into a loaf and place in roaster. Make holes with your finger here and there on top of loaf.
    Put margarine in holes.
    Put cover on roaster and bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes or at 250\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    I usually double the recipe so we have some left for sandwiches.
