Banana-Nut Bread Ii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable oil or butter, softened
    1 c. granulated sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour sifted
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. ripe bananas, mashed
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Mix butter, sugar, and eggs together. Fold in dry ingredients that have been sifted together. Add mashed bananas and nuts. Bake in loaf pan 9 x 5-inch for 40 to 50 minutes. When done, cool 5 minutes in the pan. Then turn out on rack to cool.
