Mexican Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 Cheddar cheese soup
    2 heads cabbage, shredded
Preparation
    Brown first four ingredients together in Dutch oven; drain. Add soup, Ro-Tel, tomatoes, cabbage, salt and pepper.
    Simmer 45 minutes.
    Serve with corn bread.
