Ingredients

1 c. cooked rice
1 c. milk
2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
salt
1 Tbsp. oleo
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine cooked rice, milk, sugar, salt and oleo.
Cook over medium heat.
Stir constantly until thick.
Stir in vanilla.
Add raisins, if desired.
Yields enough for one person.
