Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium size potatoes, peeled and diced
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
    2 green onions and tops, sliced
    1/2 stalk celery, diced
    1 small carrot, peeled and diced
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. minced parsley
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in water with chicken bouillon, onions, celery and carrot until tender.
    Do not drain.
    Mash with a potato masher.
    Add margarine, parsley, milk, salt and pepper.
    Heat thoroughly.
