Sparkling Orange Eggnog - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. orange juice, chilled
1/2 c. lemon juice
6 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 qt. ginger ale, chilled
Preparation

In a large bowl, measure 3 cups of the orange juice, the lemon juice, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, ginger and cloves.
Blend with beater.
Stir in remaining orange juice.
Cover and refrigerate. Just before serving pour eggnog mixture into punch bowl.
Spoon ice cream into bowl; add ginger ale.
Blend with beater.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Makes 30 servings.
