Creamed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 tsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. milk or cream
    1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook celery, onion and green pepper in oil until tender. Blend flour into mixture.
    Stir in chicken broth and milk; cook to a smooth sauce, stirring constantly.
    Add chicken to sauce; season with salt.
    Heat mixture thoroughly.
    Serve on rice, toast or biscuits.
    Yields 4 servings.
