Mississippi Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. potatoes, cooked and diced or 1 pkg. frozen hash browns
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. American cheese, diced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. ripe or green olives, sliced
4 to 6 slices bacon, fried
Preparation

Toss together potatoes, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, cheese and onion.
Place mixture in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with crumbled
bacon and sliced olives. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
