Casserole Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. scalded milk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. warm water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    4 1/2 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Scald milk; add sugar, salt and margarine.
    Let cool. Dissolve yeast in water.
    Add milk and cheese and flour.
    Stir about 2 minutes until well blended.
    Cover; let rise until more than double.
    Stir down and beat vigorously for 1/2 minute.
    Turn in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole or two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour (no second rising).
