Poor Man'S Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. short ribs
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    6 white potatoes
    4 stalks celery
    1 large onion
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 can whole tomatoes
    any leftovers in refrigerator (such as peas, beans, cabbage, etc.)
Preparation
    Cook short ribs and stew meat together until done.
    Add onion, celery and seasoning.
    Cook until done.
    Add all precooked leftover veggies.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Serve with cornbread.
