Salmon Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boned salmon, cooked
    1 lb. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. yellow onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. dillweed (dried)
    1 tsp. lemon juice (real, not bottled)
    2 tsp. sweet pickle juice
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Let cream cheese set out for 1/2 hour.
    Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl (with gloved hands) until well mixed.
    Roll salmon mixture in a ball, then roll in the walnuts.
    Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
