Pumpkin Pie(Makes 2 Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 large or 2 small cans pumpkin
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 scant tsp. ginger
    1 1/2 cans condensed milk (or use 2 cans if you use 2 small cans pumpkin)
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Blend beaten eggs, canned pumpkin, sugar, salt, cloves, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.
    Slowly add condensed milk.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 375\u00b0 for about 45 minutes, or until you can cut center with a knife and none of the pie filling clings to it.
