Pork Chop And Vegetable Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    6 slices onion rings
    6 Tbsp. uncooked rice
    6 slices bell pepper
    1 pt. (can) tomatoes
    1 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Fry
    pork
    chops
    until
    tender and brown.
    Place onion rings and
    bell
    pepper
    over
    cooked
    chops.
    Put rice inside pepper. Pour tomatoes and celery (mixed) over this and season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Simmer approximately 1 hour in covered frypan on top of stove.
