Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sausage or bacon, cooked and drained
    1/4 lb. sharp cheese, diced
    1/2 lb. Velveeta, diced
    1 stick butter
    1 qt. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    12 slices bread (crust removed)
    1 tsp. dry onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Layer bread, meat, cheese and onion.
    Melt butter and pour over all.
    Beat eggs, seasonings and milk.
    Pour over.
    Chill in refrigerator overnight and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
