Onion Dip For Veggies Or Chips And Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/4 c. water
    1 large (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
Preparation
    Boil bouillon cubes with water.
    Using an electric mixer, add cream cheese and onion.
    Should make a day ahead and refrigerate. Warm to almost room temperature before serving.
    Stir well and thin with a little milk if needed.
