Remp Eyek - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. coriander
    6 cloves garlic
    6 Macadamia nuts
    4 Tbsp. coconut milk
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch or tapioca
    8 oz. rice flour
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Grind coriander, garlic and nuts.
    Mix all together into batter, adding 2 packages Spanish peanuts.
    Scoop batter with a hostess spoon and fry until brown.
