Zucchini "Crab" Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. melted oleo
1 egg
3 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. Old Bay
cracker crumbs
oil

Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients together.
Shape into cakes and roll in crushed cracker crumbs.
Fry in hot oil until brown.
