Spinach Parma - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach, thawed and drained
    2 c. seasoned crushed croutons
    1/4 c. melted oleo
    1 c. small curd cottage cheese
    4 oz. Swiss or other cheese, cubed
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine croutons and oleo; pat into quiche pan.
    Combine 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Spoon over crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
