Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. scalded milk
1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. white sugar
9 c. flour
1 small cake yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Let stand until double in size, about 1 hour.
Knead down and let rise again.
Roll out on floured board until 1/4-inch thick.
Spread with oleo, cinnamon and brown sugar.
Roll up like a jelly roll.
Grease pan with oleo and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Let raise until double in size.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
