Breakfast Stratta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 slices white bread, remove crusts
    8 eggs
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    16 oz. ground sausage
    1 1/2 to 2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to
    350\u00b0.
    Cook ground sausage and drain off all
    fat.
    Set
    aside.
    Spray 9 x 13-inch baking pan with Pam. Line
    bottom
    of
    pan
    with bread.\tBeat 8 eggs and pour over bread.
    Sprinkle dry mustard over eggs.
    Sprinkle ground sausage over
    eggs.
    Sprinkle
    Cheddar
    cheese
    over sausage. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes over cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes covered with foil.\tRemove foil and bake until brown, approximately 5 minutes.
