Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
    1/2 onion, chopped
    2 cans tomato paste
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 jar or can canned tomatoes
    garlic powder to taste
    1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    2 eggs
    2 large bags Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    Parmesan cheese (as needed)
Preparation
    Brown meat
    with
    onions, salt and pepper.
    Drain.
    Add tomato paste and
    sauce,
    tomatoes
    and garlic.
    Bring to boil and let simmer for 1 hour (the longer it simmers the better it is).
    It may be
    necessary
    to
    add a little water if sauce is too thick. Cook noodles (put a small amount of cooking oil in water to keep the noodles from sticking.) Drain.
