Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 1/4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 (No. 2) can blueberries, drained and rinsed
Preparation

Set oven at 350\u00b0.
Mix together sugar, butter, egg and vanilla.
Beat with mixer until creamy.
Add baking powder to flour.
Alternate flour and milk to mixture, beating with mixer until well mixed.
Fold in drained blueberries.
Spoon out into muffin tins.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
