Surprise Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 c. flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 (5 oz.) jar pimento stuffed olives
Preparation

Blend cheese with butter; add flour, salt and paprika.
Mix well.
Pat olives dry on paper towel.
Mold 1 teaspoon dough around each olive to cover.
At this point you can refrigerate or freeze puffs for up to 10 days.
They hold their shape better if frozen first.
Bake puffs on lightly greased cookie sheet in a 400\u00b0 oven until lightly golden brown, approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
