Pasta Primevara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium Zucchini, julienned
    2 medium Yellow Squash, julienned
    2 Red Onions, quartered
    2 cups Carrots, julienned
    3 tbsp. chopped garlic
    2 tbsp. dried basil (or 1 cup fresh, chopped)
    2 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. dried parsley
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1+ cup olive oil
    1 box bow tie pasta
Preparation
    Toss all vegetables in enough olive oil to coat; add herbs. Spread out onto 2 cookie sheets and roast in oven at 400\u00b0 until well done and crispy, about 15-20 minutes, stirring vegetables at least once during baking.
