Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bread (crust removed)
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    melted butter or margarine
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    dash of salt and red pepper
Preparation
    Line sides and bottom of medium size casserole dish with bread dipped in melted butter or margarine.
    Mix other ingredients together and pour into bread-lined dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until firm.
