Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb butter
    5 cups sugar
    1 cup (13 oz.) evaporated milk
    18 large marshmallows
    2-12 oz packages of chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt butter. Add sugar and milk. Bring to a rolling boil, cook for 7 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and marshmallows. Stir until dissolved. Pour into 2- 9 x 13 buttered pans. Cool. Cut into squares. Makes 5 lbs.
