Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fish fillets
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 c. coarsely ground almonds
    1 egg plus 2 Tbsp. water
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    Cut fillets in 4-inch portions.
    Season with salt and pepper. Mix nuts and cayenne.
    Dip fillets in egg and water mix; roll in flour.
    Fry in butter in skillet or microwave 5 minutes with nut mix sprinkled over fillets.
