Creamy Vinaigrette Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. half and half
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 clove garlic, minced
5 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. sugar
juice of 1 1/2 lemons

Preparation

Whisk together and refrigerate for 2 hours.
