Turkey Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 loaves bread, cubed
6 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onions
3 tsp. celery salt
1/2 lb. fresh pork sausage
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. hot water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
chopped liver and giblets (if desired)
Preparation

Soak bread in water for 5 minutes.
Cook onions, celery and sausage in butter for 10 minutes or until sausage is cooked. Combine with bread and add eggs, walnuts, salt, pepper, broth and giblets.
Mix well.
