Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. elbow macaroni
    2 small, boiled red potatoes
    2 boiled eggs
    1/8 cup chopped parsley
    1/8 cup chopped red bell peper
    8 oz. ranch dressing
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until time to serve.
