Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 qt. tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    chili powder to taste (or 2 to 3 tsp.)
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 (7 oz.) box bite size spaghetti, uncooked
Preparation
    Simmer all for 1/2 hour.
    Stir occasionally to prevent sticking to pan.
