Pineapple Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
4 slices bread or croissants
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 1/4 lb. can (2 1/2 c.) crushed pineapple with juice
Preparation

Grease 2-quart casserole. Mix sugar, flour and salt. Beat in eggs. Add pineapple. Pour in pan. Tear bread or croissants into pieces and spread over mixture.
Pour melted butter over bread. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour or until it stops jiggling.
