Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until transparent.
    Add ground beef. Cook, stirring until beef is light brown.
    Add the flour, salt, pepper, mushrooms and soup.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add the sour cream and simmer for 15 minutes longer.
    Serve over cooked rice or cooked egg noodles.
    Garnish with paprika.
    Makes 4 servings.
