Veal Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. veal or pork, cut into 4 slices
    salt to taste
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. bread crumbs
    butter or oil
    4 lemon wedges
Preparation
    Pound meat.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Dip first in flour, then in eggs and then in bread crumbs.
    Fry in butter or oil until brown. Serve with lemon wedges.
