Veal Cutlets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. veal or pork, cut into 4 slices
salt to taste
3 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
butter or oil
4 lemon wedges
Preparation
-
Pound meat.
Sprinkle with salt.
Dip first in flour, then in eggs and then in bread crumbs.
Fry in butter or oil until brown. Serve with lemon wedges.
