Turkey Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 lb. lean ground turkey
    2 (14 oz.) cans diced tomatoes (undrained)
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    4 oz. can chopped green chilies
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic until onions are soft.
    Add turkey; brown.
    Add remaining ingredients; stir.
    Simmer over low heat for 1/2 to 2 hours.
    The longer this cooks, the better it gets!
