Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 1/4 c. canned or cooked pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. each: ginger and nutmeg
dash of salt
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg.
Mix well. Spread on bottom of deep 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
Combine canned or cooked pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt.
Mix well.
Blend in beaten egg and evaporated milk.
Carefully pour over cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 to 70 minutes or until done.
Cool.
May be topped with Cool Whip or cream.
