Rice And Broccoli Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    Velveeta or American cheese (1 box)
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Saute chopped onion in melted margarine until tender.
    Add the mushroom soup.
    Cut up 1/3 of a small box of Velveeta or American cheese.
    Add to onion and soup mixture.
    Melt cheese with mixture. Add 2 cups cooked rice and 10 ounces of frozen broccoli (thawed and drained).
    Pour in buttered casserole dish and top with cracker crumbs.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
