Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. black olives
4 slices bacon
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
4 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
6 ripe tomatoes
lettuce
Preparation

Cut olives into large pieces.
Cut bacon into 1/4-inch strips and cook slowly until crisp.
When bacon is half done, add onion and cook until soft.
Drain off fat.
Combine bacon and onion with eggs, celery and olives.
Add mayonnaise.
Mix.
Stuff tomatoes and serve on lettuce.
