Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 lb. browned hamburger meat
1 (8 oz.) jar mild picante sauce
2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Mix one cornbread mix according to directions on box and add 1/2 can corn.
Put in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Layer hamburger, picante sauce, cheese and the other cornbread mix, mixed according to directions, adding the other half of the corn. Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
Serve immediately.
